Describe your presses, materials and products once. GutenLex turns them into a machine-readable Vendor Profile that every marketplace and AI agent can read, validate and match — so demand routes to you automatically.
Built on the open PTPGE specification · CC BY 4.0 · no platform lock-in
Designed to complement the standards the industry trusts
Define your print business once — every marketplace and buying agent consumes it. No per-platform re-entry.
Technologies, presses, substrates, finishing and products — captured once in the open PTPGE specification, not a hundred proprietary forms.
Your identity, capability and product profiles are read by any storefront, marketplace, LLM or AI agent. Update once; it propagates everywhere.
When a buyer's PTPGE-fingerprint fits your envelope, it routes to you — priced by your own rules. A fingerprint carries the full variable configuration — not a flat product ID.
Validate any buyer configuration against your capability envelope and resolve it to a priced, producible offer — carrying one verifiable PTPGE-fingerprint. Licensed, free of charge.
Identity, Capability and Product Profiles become validated, agent-readable offers.
Every valid configuration resolves to a permanent fingerprint — hash, QR and mark.
List your validated profile in the open directory — searchable by marketplaces, LLMs and AI agents.
The Engine matches buyer configurations from marketplaces, LLMs and AI agents against published Vendor Profiles — quotes, routing and order handoff. Metered: pay when it works.
Buyer need meets your capability envelope — ranked, explainable matches.
Quotes from your published price rules; accepted orders route straight to you.
No subscription. Metering starts when routed orders do — live preview from September.
Who you are — legal name, org number, country and contact: the accountable business behind your profile.
Declare your print technologies, presses, substrates and finishing. GutenLex compiles a validated capability envelope.
Pick the products you sell and the exact variants, lead times and pricing — the subset you put on the market.
Get your vendor key. Your profile is conformant and sealed — and searchable by marketplaces, LLMs and AI agents.
Why not a product ID? Flat IDs can’t enumerate combinatorial print — one product easily exceeds a million variants. The PTPGE fingerprint derives identity from the configuration itself (open PTPGE URIs, canonically hashed, ptpge-cfs/1): same configuration, same key, at any vendor — and a reorder is the same hash resolved again.
The Configurator and the Engine are API-first: a licensed REST API and MCP tools that agents call directly — configure, validate, fingerprint, quote, match. Keyed and metered · opens with the Configurator (September 1).
Every Vendor Profile can opt in to the public GutenLex Directory: a worldwide register of print vendors, searchable by what you can actually produce — not just who you are. Free for buyers and agents; your listing is a by-product of the profile you already maintain.
Opens with the Public Beta · listing is opt-in — you choose what is public.
Press, finishing, substrate and ink makers publish a Supplier Profile: your identity is a permanent term in the PTPGE specification, your catalog is yours to declare — and every Vendor Profile that runs on your equipment resolves straight to it.
A permanent URI in the open specification, published with attribution — never scraped, never guessed.
Machines, substrates and material series with their core specification, sealed and updated the day you launch them.
Listed in the Directory; print shops, marketplaces and AI agents configure products from the building blocks you helped define.
